I'm not sure how many hours to book?

A helpful guideline is to allow 3 - 5 minutes per guest for most of our services. On average we can service 10 to 12 guests per hour. For larger events or activations we offer a smaller menu to accommodate more guests efficiently. If you're unsure, our team is happy to help you determine the ideal booking time for your event.

What type of paint do you use?

Face paint isn't paint, it's cosmetic make-up specifically for skin, We call it paint because its applied with a brush. We use high quality
hypoallergenic, professional products FDA approved face and body
painting cosmetic make-up and glitters. from professional brands such as Fusion, Wolfe FX, Tag, Fab, Paradise, Cameleon, Pro Aiir, Kryolan, and more.
WE DON'T USE CRAFT PAINTS OR CRAFT GLITTERS.

How do I remove face painting make-up?

Face painting is formulated for easy removal with mild bar soap
and water and a wash cloth. Light colors come off with just a
baby wipe. Some colors will linger. If this happens use a
washcloth with soap and cold cream.

Do you carry liability insurance?

Yes. All of our artists cary individual liability insurance policiews. Proof of insurance is available upon request. If your venue or organization requires a Certificate of Insurance ( COI ), please indicate this when completing your service agreement so we can ensure all documentation is prepared in advance for your event.

How do I book an event?

Booking is simple! Fill our our online inquiry form, please
date and time of service and our team will call to confirm your booking. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred date and time, especially for weekends and peak season like halloween and day of the dead events.

What payment options do you accept?
Do you need a desposit?

A proposal will be sent with a service agreement along with payment options. We accept Zelle and Venmo. Full payment is due on day of service. once we receive your signed service agreement.
We require a non-refundable retainer fee to secure your date and time on our calendar. The retainer fee will be applied towards the total. The remaining balance will be due on the day of your event via cash, venmo, or Zelle.
For corporate events, please contact us to discuss available payment options.

What should you do if weather changes?

We operate with a rain or shine policy, so we kindly ask that you have a backup plan in case of rain, extreme heat, or extreme cold weather. For safety and comfort of both your guests and artists, we are unable to work outdoors in unsafe and uncomfortable conditions.
.For outdoor events, we recommend temperatures are between 60 to 85 degrees. If weather conditions fall outside this range, sercives must be moved indoors to a climate controlled space.

Can you accomodate our event them?

Absolutely! We love bringing your vision to life. Share your theme, colors, or logo with us a few days before your event, and we'll customize our designs to perfectly complement your celebration.

For custom airbrush stencils, a design fee may apply, and we require 7 days for production. Custom patches and custom printed balloons require a minimum of two weeks notice to ensure timely delivery and the highest quality finish.
